Seller Identity Disclosure

In accordance with the EU Digital Services Act (DSA) and US marketplace regulations, all sellers on AfghanDiaspora.store are required to provide:

• Their real name or registered business name
• Contact information including an email address
• Country of establishment or residence
• VAT or tax identification number (where applicable)

This information is verified during the Stripe Connect onboarding process. Buyers may request seller contact information for legitimate dispute resolution purposes.

Platform Fee Disclosure

AfghanDiaspora.store charges sellers a 10% commission on each completed sale. This fee is disclosed to sellers at registration and deducted automatically at the time of payment. Buyers are not charged additional platform fees beyond the product price.

Payment Processor Disclosure

All payments on AfghanDiaspora.store are processed by Stripe, Inc., a third-party payment processor. Stripe is a licensed money transmitter and is PCI-DSS compliant. AfghanDiaspora.store does not store credit card numbers or full banking details. By making a purchase, you acknowledge that your payment data is subject to Stripe's Privacy Policy and Terms of Service.

International Trade Disclosure

Products on AfghanDiaspora.store are primarily sourced from Afghanistan and may be subject to:

• Import duties, customs fees, and taxes in the buyer's country
• Export regulations from Afghanistan
• US Office of Foreign Assets Control (OFAC) sanctions (we screen all transactions)
• EU customs regulations for goods entering the European Union

Buyers are responsible for any applicable import duties or customs fees in their country. AfghanDiaspora.store is not responsible for delays or confiscations by customs authorities.

No Guarantee of Authenticity

While AfghanDiaspora.store reviews all listings for authenticity before approval, we cannot guarantee the authenticity of every product. We rely on seller representations. If you receive a product that does not match its description, please refer to our Return & Refund Policy.

FTC Disclosure (US Buyers)

In compliance with the Federal Trade Commission (FTC) guidelines: AfghanDiaspora.store may feature products that sellers have paid to promote. Any such promoted listings are clearly marked. We do not accept payment to manipulate reviews or product rankings.

EU Consumer Rights Disclosure

For buyers in the European Union: You have a statutory right to withdraw from distance purchases within 14 days of receiving your order (cooling-off period), subject to exceptions for perishable goods, custom-made items, and sealed goods that have been opened. To exercise this right, contact the seller directly or email support@afghandiaspora.store.

Dispute Resolution (ODR)
