AfghanDiaspora.store exists to connect authentic Afghan products with a global audience. Every seller on our platform represents Afghan craftsmanship, agriculture, and culture. We hold our sellers to a high standard to protect buyers and the Afghan brand worldwide.

What You Can Sell

  • Traditional Afghan clothing and textiles (khet partug, chapan, embroidered dresses)
  • Handmade crafts (rugs, kilims, pottery, jewelry, woodwork)
  • Dry fruits (chilgoza, raisins, figs, dried mulberries, apricots)
  • Spices (saffron, cardamom, cumin, coriander, asafoetida)
  • Gemstones (lapis lazuli, emeralds — with documentation)
  • Other authentic Afghan-origin products with clear provenance

What You Cannot Sell

  • Counterfeit, fake, or misrepresented goods
  • Products not of Afghan origin listed as Afghan
  • Weapons, narcotics, or controlled substances
  • Antiquities or cultural artifacts requiring export permits
  • Live animals or endangered species products
  • Products that violate intellectual property rights

Listing Requirements

  • Use clear, honest product titles (no keyword stuffing)
  • Include accurate weight, dimensions, and material descriptions
  • Upload at least one high-quality photo (500×500px minimum)
  • State the exact province or region of origin
  • Set realistic stock quantities — do not oversell
  • Price in USD

See our Fees & Commissions page for full details. In summary: AfghanDiaspora.store retains a 10% platform fee on each sale. You receive 90% paid directly to your connected Stripe account.

Account Suspension

We may suspend or permanently ban seller accounts for: misrepresentation of products, repeated return/refund violations, non-payment disputes, or any violation of these guidelines or our Terms & Conditions.
