Who Ships Your Order
Each seller on AfghanDiaspora.store is responsible for packaging and shipping their own products. AfghanDiaspora.store does not warehouse or ship products directly. The seller's shipping details and estimated delivery times are displayed on each product listing.

Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are set by each individual seller and displayed at checkout. Many sellers offer free worldwide shipping — this will be clearly indicated on the product listing. AfghanDiaspora.store does not add additional shipping charges beyond what the seller specifies.
Customs, Duties & Taxes

Tracking Your Order
Once a seller ships your order, they will update the order status to "Shipped." Most sellers provide a tracking number via the order details page. You can view your orders by logging into your account and visiting the order history section.
Lost or Delayed Packages
If your package has not arrived within the estimated delivery window plus 7 additional days, please contact the seller first. If the seller does not resolve the issue within 5 business days, contact us at support@afghandiaspora.store and we will assist in resolving the issue.
